Thanks for shopping at Botanical Fortress! We want you to love your products, but due to the handcrafted, personal nature of our natural skin balms and outdoor protectants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened, broken-seal, or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, from transit, or if we sent you the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at Botanicalfort@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product so we can immediately ship out a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened Returns: If your item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
